The New England Job Board 2.0 is a major upgrade built on the powerful SureDash platform and designed to make your job search or hiring process faster, clearer, and more community-driven. Whether you’re a job seeker or hiring manager, this platform gives you access to a clean, modern space focused on local employment across all of New England and New York.
🗂 What Are Space Groups? #
We’ve organized the platform into what SureDash calls Space Groups, which we use as State Employment Networks.
Each State Employment Network is labeled using the state’s name (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT) and New York and represents a localized hub for job searches and promoting you are hiring.
🧭 What You’ll Find Inside Each State Network #
Each State Employment Network (Space Group) includes a curated set of Spaces that help you stay informed, connect with others, and discover opportunities in your area.
Common Spaces include:
- 💬 Wage Discussions – for standard, tipped wages, Upcoming hiring events and even volunteer opportunities
- 🔗 Quick Access Links – Links to helpful tools like your state’s wage and other employment helpful
👥 Who Can Use the Platform? #
- Anyone can post or use the new england job board but membership restriction will strength as we get closer to the official launch.
- Job Seekers can view listings, participate in discussions, ask questions, and connect with local hiring managers.
- Hiring Managers can post job openings, share upcoming hiring events, and reply to comments or questions directly inside job threads.
All users must have a registered account and choose a role (Job Seeker or Hiring Manager) to participate.
